Hi. 🌎
Today's intake- milk, spaghetti w sauce, cheese/crackers, 1 pinwheel. Do better tomorrow.
Today I got up intending to eat healthy and stick to low calorie foods. Instead, I ate fish, homemade french fries, an ice cream sandwich, a slice of cheese, cashew nuts, part of a beef jerky stick, 2 crackers, and a slice of bread. This is not a "successful" post for the 1st post on this page, but it shows what this page has been created for--transparency and accountability-- through those two things success is born and goals are achieved! 💞 Goals for tomorrow: protein powder, veggies, and a smoothie!
