Friday and Saturday I'm in town of Stockholm and I have a few spots open for you, if you are curious about drumming or want to get to know music from a rhythm perspective.

We don't need to practice to be able to play music. What we need is to allow ourselves to be where we are at and then slowly we will get better and better. And actually... Getting better is just a bonus 🤠 what we really long for (in my perception) is to connect, through music, words or other activities.

So what is stopping you from connecting?

Usually it is fears of not being good enough or taking too much space...

So let's transcend those fears!

By taking the time to be with your feelings, accepting them as they are, they get the chance to move through you and transform into a new feeling. Leaving residues of knowledge behind.
