Why Future of Learning Unconference?
The Future of Learning is on track to be starkly different from today. Major advancements made by technology especially automation and artificial intelligence have ensured that most process-based work will be outsourced to machines over the next decade and humans will be designated to do work that requires non-linear, creative and critical forms of thinking. This is great as well as scary for humanity. Great because it allows human capital of the future to focus on so many different global, national and social problems at different scales but equally scary because what if the human capital is not trained and adept at solving these problems. In such a case, there is a very high importance for a structural change of education imparted in schools and universities.
The Future of Learning Unconference is our attempt to get the World’s & India’s finest school leaders to a single forum to discuss and deliberate on best practices to create 21st century learning spaces and environments across India.
