I've been a bit quiet on here just lately but thought I'd get back on with my results from my recent 30 days to healthy living plan!

STEP 3 – SELF-TAN
*Step 3.* “And then we have our awesome *Liquid Sunshine Self-Tanner* to create that ‘sun-kissed’ look. Firstly, in order to avoid tanning our hands, especially the palms, I recommend using a tanning mitt to apply. A mitt is preferable to plastic gloves, as it both feels better and creates a smoother covering. Apply evenly, and a key tip is to be sparing on the ankles and the knees.

I also love that, unlike many self-tanners that have a harsh smell, Arbonne's has a very pleasant aroma.”

STEP 2 - MOISTURISE
*Step 2.* “The next product is the *Coconut Body Moisturiser* as, again, this helps the tanner go on more easily and spread more evenly. In particular, pay attention to your elbows and knees!
