Energy in Common

Energy in Common (EIC) is a web-based non-profit social enterprise that seeks to alleviate poverty and climate change.

In order to achieve these goals, EIC has developed a person-to-person platform that allows individuals (lenders) to provide green energy loans to poor entrepreneurs in developing countries. EIC emphasizes the connection between lenders and entrepreneurs as well as the social return gained by lending through EIC.
