This weekend, Southwest Michigan celebrates with one of its oldest traditions - the Blossomtime Festival Inc. Grand Floral Parade. On Saturday, May 7 at 1 pm, the parade kicks off in St. Joseph, ending in Benton Harbor.

Elusive and delicious, morel mushrooms are a wonderful springtime delicacy in Michigan. I love to spend my weekends each spring walking through the woods and searching for morels in Michigan.
