Bathroom refresh
We had an aim of spending around £1000 to makeover our own bathroom. Craig was busy in his spare time over a few weeks but did a fab job!

We’ve been busy viewing properties over the last couple of months, there’s so much potential!

We’re:
Craig - the boss/mechanic/dad

Laura - social media/property finder/mum
We’re just starting our property journey as investors, so we thought we’d share a little about us.
We aren’t complete newbies, our first home needed a refurb when we bought it 14 years ago. We let that property for 2 years from 2014 while we moved into our 250 year old house and updated that around ourselves.
Kids, wedding and life all got in the way, the rental was sold and all things property went on hold.
Looking for a new challenge and to create a new business, we enlisted to focus our efforts. Thank you for sharing your years of experience and knowledge with us. What an amazing experience and opportunity it’s been so far 🙏🏻
We have been learning, researching and viewing potential properties around the Rhondda Valleys. Also going to coffee meets, networking events and have more exciting things coming up.
So that’s a little about us and we’re looking forward to sharing our journey along the way 🏡
