Last Friday, my forever love, my daughter, and I had the absolute best time at Greg’s Great Pumpkin Patch! 🎃🍂

They’ve completely transformed Greenwood Park Beer Garden into a cozy, festive autumn wonderland, open through October 31st.

The pumpkin selection was amazing—from giant pumpkins to funky gourds, there was something for everyone. 🧡✨

📍555 7th Avenue—South Slope

We spent the early afternoon painting pumpkins, and there was also the option to carve them—great for both kids and adults.

Along the way, we snapped some fun, Instagram-worthy photos among the hay bales, corn stalks, and vibrant autumn mums. 🍁

There was such a warm, family-friendly vibe, and it made for the ideal autumn outing right here in Brooklyn.

If you are looking for an autumn escape with your loved ones, this is it! 🍂🎨

Instagram only allowed me 10 images 😃—I guess I will have to create a reel. We had so much fun.

I do not remember how I stumbled on her Instagram. As I browsed her feed, I was intrigued by snippets of her blog posts. And although I do not have young children, the excerpts of her posts were not only exciting but relatable.

Several days later, I poured myself a glass of wine and visited www.Mommylogue.blog. I was blown away by her stories. They were about her experiences as a mom, but they were so much more. Some of the things she wrote about were relatable; others gave me that aha moment, while others made me contemplate.

She is affectionately known as Elle DoubleU Pepper on Instagram 🌶, and it is also her gracious signature on www.Mommylogue.blog. Lindsey has a way of document milestones and memories of her boys’ lives into something raw, honest, at times messy, and always the beautiful accounts of true mommyhood.

March is National Women month, and our theme here for March is The Power of A Woman. What better way to celebrate than to celebrate A Mother, someone who is making a positive impact on mommyhood–positive, genuine, honest, and nontoxic stories to confirm that you are not alone and your struggles are every other mother’s struggle. I asked Lindsey what she believed to be the Power of a Woman from a mommy’s point of view, and here is what she said…

Head over to our site for all the details on Lindsey Whiting-Schnepper and Elle DoubleU - Pepper — Link in our Bio.
