Poor hair brushing and shampooing habits , dry skin , stress and improper diets, will make your scalp more prone to dandruff.❗️
Here are some home remedies to fight dandruff 👀 :
🔺Coconut 🥥 oil & lemon 🍋 massage:
Step 1 : heat 2 tbs of coconut oil and mix it with equal amounts of lemon juice .
Step 2: Massage ur scalp gently with the mixture 💆 💆🏽‍♂️ .
Step 3: leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with shampoo🚿 .
Coconut oil nourishes ur hair while lemon juice helps to treat dandruff without using harmful chemicals❗️
🔺Baking soda :
Step 1: Wet ur hair slightly.
Step 2: keep ur hair wet, rub a spoonful 🥄 of baking soda on ur scalp .
Step 3: leave it on for 60-90 seconds prior to washing it off 🚿.
Baking soda reduces overactive fungi that can cause dandruff .
🔺Apple cider vinegar:
Step 1: mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and set it aside.
Step 2: after a regular hair wash, apply the mixture on ur wet hair.
Step 3: Massage ur scalp well and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off .
The acidity of the Apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow ✌🏻.

To relieve period pain , here are some home-care treatments to consider :
• Dietary supplements : containing omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium may reduce period pain .
•Relaxation : while emotional stress may increase your period pain , meditation and relaxation 🧘🏻‍♀️ can reduce their severity .
•Exercice physical activity , particularly yoga may ease the pain of menstrual cramps.
•Heat : try using a heating pad on your abdomen during your period or consider a hot shower 🚿 for greater pain relief .
• Stop smoking 🚭and avoid alcohol 🍺 : these can make menstrual cramps much worse
•Eat fruits and vegetables & limit intaking of fat,caffeine,salt and sweets .
•chamomille tea ☕️ may help relieve menstrual pain by relaxing the uterus .
• Some dietary options : ex : lavender , fennel , ginger powder may help also .
As for medications , The best way to relieve painful menstrual cramps is to take an Anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen (advil) , ketoprofen (profenid) , naproxen (proxen) . They are effective at blocking the effects of prostaglandins. Better take them with meals to prevent upset stomach .
Be aware if you feel that your period pain is beyond “normal”, consider consulting your doctor . It can be related to other medical conditions (uterine fibroids, adenomyosis) .

One of Our favorite routine intakes actually could cause very ill effects to our health in the long term . Coffee mate creamer consumers must be aware of its bad effects on their health . I will discuss the side effects of some ingredients found in the coffee mate creamer .
▶️ First , it contains:
• Processed sugar that can aggravate asthma , move mood swings , mental illness , nourish nervous disorders, increase risk of diabetes , promote heart disease ,hypertension and add arthritis .
•vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated coconut or palm kernel ,hydrogenated soybean-trans-fatty acids): it increases high blood cholesterol , sexual dysfunction,atherosclerosis, weakened immune system as well as leading to heart attack.
•corn syrup solids: it causes diabetes and are very harmful to human health.
•di potassium phosphate: it causes acute renal failure , pneumonia,weakness.
•sodium aluminosilicate : it leads to constipation , liver disease and renal failure .
•sodium caseinate : though is good for health , is contained in only < 2%.
So it’s time to change our bad routine and replace these non-nutritional coffee creamers with milk 🥛 or liquid coconut creams that would be very delicious to lactose intolerance people .❗️

Stretch marks happen when your skin changes shape rapidly due to growth or weight gain . There are some remedies that can help minimize their appearance especially when they are still red . When they become white it is difficult to treat them .
Here’s some home remedies :
• Vitamin A : makes skin appear smoother and more youthful ❗️
•Aloe vera : healing agent and skin softener . Apply it daily after your shower 🚿.
•hyaluronic acid can stimulate collagen production .
•Coconut oil : has healing properties. Applying it to your stretch mark each day might take away some of their red appearance.
However, I recommend the bio-oil formulation found in all pharmacies that is a combination of plant extracts and vitamins suspended in an oil base .It moisturizes our skin as well as acting like an anti-aging . It should be massaged in circular motion into the stretch marks,twice daily,
for a minimum of 3 months. During pregnancy , it should be applied from the start of the second trimester to areas that are prone to stretch marks .
Finally the best treatment for stretch marks appears to be prevention . By keeping your skin hydrated, you can help keep the elastin that your skin needs to keep from scarring.
