I could have sworn I posted about this yesterday, but apparently not. Yesterday was the first day of the KC Chalk and Walk - I will be back today to add some finishing touches.
Chalk art is special in part due to its inherently ephemeral nature - a reminder to enjoy the moment while it lasts, the beauty while it is before you.
So many amazing artists out there have created absolutely stunning pieces that will stay there until the wind picks up the particles of chalk and whirls them away and the rain cleans up the rest.
