We are always looking for a quick fix, but the uncomfortable truth is that there isn’t one. There is no magic pill to well-being, there are certainly lots of individual foods and supplements that will help you along the way, but at the end of the day what counts is the sum of all your choices combined. And just like no one action will cure you, no one action will destroy your health either, so stop stressing the small stuff and focus on the bigger picture.

Learning to love my body has not been a smooth road, marked with doubts, insecurities, and societal pressures. With each leap forward, setback, pitfall and change of direction, I learned something invaluable: True confidence doesn’t come from conforming to unrealistic standards or starving myself to fit into a preconceived ideal of perfect.
It emerged from a deep respect for what my body is capable of and a commitment to nourishing it, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It’s about celebrating it’s strength, resilience, and uniqueness. Beauty isn’t confined to a single shape or size but rather radiates from within when we honour and care for ourselves authentically. When we commit to showing up and loving where we are at right now and respecting the process, when we decide that we are worth putting first.
I spent most of my 20s crash dieting and partaking in fads at the cost of my own health. These are the things I wish I knew 10 years ago.
When it’s all feeling overwhelming, remember that starting small is better than not starting at all.

💖 I am a 30 year old women’s health nutritionist from Perth WA, with a huge passion for helping women learn how to fuel themselves to thrive
💖I started this business as my personal side project, but I am a professional puppeteer as my day job!
💖I studied musical theatre at uni, and have been singing and performing since I was 6 years old!
💖I am mum to a beautiful 2 year old boy, August who is cheeky and clever and the light of my life
💖I love to read, I read for an hour before going to sleep every night, and have for as long as I can remember
💖I started weight lifting in 2018 and it dramatically changed the course of my life, leading me to find my passion for nutrition and wellbeing - I’ll be competing in my first bodybuilding competition next year!
💖My favourite films of all time are the Lord of the Rings (extended editions obviously)
💖I love to cook and always over-feed my guests like an Italian Nonna
💖I also write my own music and hope to one day release an album of my own works
💖I’m terribly, terribly silly
💖my husband Tom and I have been together for 10 amazing years, with one baby, two fur kids, a house and lots of adventures.
