OK, so I really need to do this.

My name is Jayne, and most of you would know me for making the beautiful dresses that you ordered for your beautiful princesses.

In truth I cannot take credit for these, that goes to my beautiful daughter Ann-marie.

Ann-marie handmade every single dress, every single bow, every single wreath. She just used my spare room. That's it. That was my contribution.

You may have seen the recent post, that 'I' wrote about my daughter and her partner being in ICU after contracting covid after our holiday. That wasn't me either, that was Ann-marie, replying to you all on a day she thought she was getting better.

Ann-marie, my daughter, my princess, sadly passed away on Friday, she was just 34. She leaves her partner Pete, and her two much loved princesses, Alyssia, and Aemelia.

She always said she was going to tell her wonderful customers that it was her who made the dresses, but we just let things go along as they were, never quite finding the time.

My daughter deserves the credit for these beautiful dresses, not me, so please, thank her ❤

It made her so happy when she received photos of all those beautiful girls in 'her' dresses.

Just before we went away, so was made up that she'd received her first order for next year. She was already sending dresses to America, and was so proud. And so were we.

So, this brings me onto this.

Simply Tutu is now closed. The dream died with my beautiful baby. I hope you will raise a glass to her this Christmas. She would love that.

I am unsure if you have been around but we arrived back from holiday 9th November fully intentioned to skip straight back into work.

Unfortunately since then we all got covid. My daughter was rushed into intensive care where she remains - slightly better than her intake.

Her partner was also poorly but pushed through and he is also now in ICU on the floor below.

As you can imagine, I hate letting ANYONE down. If you would like a full refund - as is totally your right - please message me and I'll get this sorted as soon as possible - as you can imagine it's almighty crazy here right now and as expected by yourselves, I would want family to come first. Especially as the outcome of this post could have been 1000% worse 😓

I am so sorry I've not been well enough or had the mental strength to reply to everyone individually and I hope the past 3 hard years building up Simply Tutu doesn't this close to a crisis point again!
