Crewmates Takes Flight

Crewmates began when a young aspiring flight attendant, Jeffrey Ryan, left for inflight training with his first airline. While he knew mastering the intense safety and emergency drills would be a challenge, he quickly learned that there’s another stressor to becoming a flight attendant that often gets overlooked: relocating. In the midst of learning emergency evacuations and medical procedures, he experienced firsthand the stress of having to find a new place to live. And thus, the idea of Crewmates was born.
