2. Customer Registration Number (CRN) will be sent to your email.
Note: This CRN shall be used for all your future orders.
How To Place Order:
1. Submit online order form at:
http://registration.elegantecollecion.com/order.html
2. Order Confirmation Number (OCN) will be sent to your email
with the payment request and delivery details.
3. Upon FULL payment received, order will be processed and delivered.
Note: This OCN shall be used to check your order status.
Payment Method:
1. Paypal
2. Maybank (only for Malaysian customers)
3. Western Union Money Transfer
4. Telegraphic Transfer
5. ICICI Bank (only for Indian Customer )
Delivery Method:
1. All our delivery is couriered via TNT Worldwide courier service.
2. For Malaysian customers, delivery is couriered through our local distributor, Ethnic Couture, via Skynet courier service.
3. For Indian Customers, delivery is couriered via First Flight courier service.
4. Customers will be provided with the tracking number to track their courier.
5. Elegante Collecion MUST NOT be held responsible for any loss/damaged/late receivable of goods due to the courier company's negligent.
Rules & Regulations:
1. Request for exchange of good, order cancellation or money refund will NOT be entertained once order has been confirmed.
2. Please note that there might be slight variation (2-5%) in color shades due to light effect during photography & different PC resolution settings.
3. Custom duty has to be borne by customer themself. This amount may vary from country to country.
