We recently started a new fundraising campaign to help with the investment of skills and resources for our community. As a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organization, our mission is to promote holistic wellness in marginalized communities by providing innovative solutions that address socioeconomic and comprehensive health challenges.
We’re very excited to involve our community in our latest fundraising efforts through . With these funds, our organization will be able to develop more Live Well Life Skills workshops, WellthHub, DMV resource directory, Health Fairs, and much more. Be on the look out for our WHYS and what it looks like for us to be in this space!

Something for the youth! Join this Thursday for TEEN NIGHT from 4 to 7pm at Conway Health and Resource Center.
Every third Thursday, in partnership with Bellevue Family Success Center, they invite teens together to talk about healthy sexual behaviors and break down stigmas and myths.
There will be prizes, giveaways, games, trainings, and free testing!
When you turn into a model just to let them know that hoodie season should be all year round 🗣

Some of the youth at last nights life skills group never made a vision board before but understood that what they want and need in life can be attainable. We get serious but also have fun!

Special project expertise, resources to share, and wants to grow in their field?
Send them our way! We are building a DMV resource directory and our life skill sessions could use some change makers in our city!!
We wrapped up the life skills reproductive health session with Family Physician Dr. Obi and free HIV, Hepatitis screenings with HBI-DC 🤩
And when those doors open keep in mind that you are more than capable!

Dr. Cammack is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington, DC and the State of Maryland. She currently provides mental health services to veterans in a co-located primary care setting. She is also President and CEO of Black Mental Wellness, Corp.
The mission of Black Mental Wellness, Corp. is to provide access to evidence-based information and resources about mental health and behavioral health topics from a Black perspective, to highlight and increase the diversity of mental health professionals, and to decrease the mental health stigma in the Black community.

As the founder of YELA Yetunde is a dedicated and passionate educator & researcher who believes that closing the academic achievement gap happens through quality learning experiences at an early age.
YELA’s mission is to help infants, toddlers and preschoolers prepare for a lasting appreciation of learning by providing each child a quality early care and educational experience.
