You’ve seen a million transformations including my own. You know it can be done but just not sure why you can’t
AND YET you’re exploring options because you just can’t seem to do it. Its so frustrating and you arent even sure you have the energy to try again. You feel like you have no will power, true food addiction, emotional eating……The list goes on and on!
I see people all over the place doing “the shot” because they can’t seem to get down the healthy habits to lose the weight!! I GET IT! Food tastes good…..so good we do the following:

😞 We use it to numb
🎊 We use it to entertain
😊 We use it to feel joy
💪🏼 We use it to fuel our bodies (but not often in the right way)
I could go on and on!

I hear often from people that can’t lose weight because of their age. NOPE! Jane is celebrating her 114lbs lost in 11 months and she is 71years YOUNG! Age is just a number, it’s never too late to create those memories with those you love like Jane playing in her old pants with her grandkids 🤣🤣🤣

- There are NO quick fixes because they don't work longterm. You must create LIFESTYLE changes and habits modification!
- You can go through the hard things that you never thought you could accomplish.
- There are MANY men and women struggling and trying their hardest to succeed and it’s not working.
- Our society does not set you up for success or make it easy to live a healthy lifestyle. It’s a DAILY CHOICE we have to make.
- I know I can help YOU create better health because I’ve helped thousands with all of the same thoughts as above! It IS possible for you and I know you can do it!
Tonight…. When you head to bed with a dream…. I hope you wake up in the morning with a purpose that drives you towards the life of your dreams
As we are remembering those that have fought to give us this life of freedoms…. Remember that being able to enjoy it with healthy and super yummy choices makes a difference on how we appreciate the life we’ve been given.

Busy, constantly on the move, struggling to find time for healthy habits…Quick drive-thru meals or unhealthy options and zero exercise seem like the only options.
Pam who took charge of her health so she could show up at the mom she wanted to be! By modifying some unhealthy habits, she was able to not only lose 75, but now has the energy to give back to her family and lead by example! Her and her 3 boys now cook meals together and all go to the gym together.. isnt that so fun!?! Congrats,
Mason Jar Thai Salad
1 leaner - 3 green - 1 healthy fat - 3 condiment (per serving)
1 servings
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
• 6 oz. cooked, shredded chicken breast
• ½ cup diced jicama
• ½ tbsp light soy sauce
• 2 tsp lime juice
• 1 cup mung bean sprouts
• 1/3 oz. roasted peanuts
• 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
• 1 tbsp water
Directions:
1. For the dressing, crush the peanuts with a mortar and pestle to make a coarse paste. Add the lime juice, Sriracha, soy sauce and water.
2. Pour the dressing into the mason jar.
3. Add the shredded chicken followed by the jicama, bean sprouts, and cilantro.
4. This salad can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Mix well with a fork before enjoying.
