Honour What You Have Achieved.

I am truthful to myself and acknowledge how far I have come and what I have achieved so far.
I am gentle with myself and allow myself to enjoy the feelings of growth and accomplishment.
I know I am loved and supported in all ways possible, and I know that my Angels and loved ones in spirit are with me and always see the good in everything I do.

Another week has come to surprise us my darling so let's delve in and see what the beginning of the week holds for us.
The beginning of the week brings us situations where we have to face up to what is going on around us and take control of what you can, take responsibility for your actions. This is a time for you to say "hey look at me and look how strong I am to say I'm not alway right"
We have all heard the phrase have your cake and eat it, well my darling that truly is not the case as I'm afraid you have to just step back and let certain things go, cut your losses and move on, once we have done this we can then move forward and get on with the real work ahead, being realistic and less stubborn.
There is an air of new windows opening for you this week if you are more diligent and see them.
The clock is ticking on the situation you find yourself in, now I have to ask; do you really want to move forward or is it all talk and you just can't be bothered to do it for yourself and think someone else will just magically do it for you?
I feel that there is a blockage here somewhere, ask yourself are you too emotionally involved still and that is what is halting your progression forward.
My darling, who is the one who is being punished here? the one who did wrong or the one who wants to punish? Who is it affecting more.
Come Wednesday I feel that there will be a light bulb moment and maybe a few tears, the realisation of, it is better to let go of anger and resentment and be more compassionate and understanding of yourself and others.

Well another week is coming to a close and here we are again at the weekend.
You are a unique individual my darling but you don't really see your own potential in achieving and manifesting what you want and need, you have all the tools you need at your disposal, you have the ability to adapt and bend to the changes you are faced with right now, but there is an inner conflict which is stopping you. I feel this could be a bit of cutting off our nose to spite our face, would that be true?
I'm made aware that there is an energy of picking a fight or quarrel with someone just because you can but this only makes you feel worse than you do now, why quarrel over small insignificant things that are small in the grand scheme of things.
We can't always have our cake and eat it and refusing to give way in a situation and believing you are in the right and believe you way is the only way will limit your whole view of life and the situation at hand.
There is a sense of powerlessness and not being in total control which is pushing you to try and control all you can concerning money and possessions.
I need you to step back and look at the whole situation as I feel that there is someone behind the scenes pulling the strings and making you the way you are right now and this is not the person you think it is, the one you are battling is wanting to clear things up as quickly as you do but the one behind the scenes craves the control over all involved but does so with a smile.
Take the time to think about things carefully and find your own stability, you have the ability to do so and I believe in you an know you can do it xx

Well my darling, mid week has hit us and I can't believe how quickly the time is passing.
Today I am aware that there are choices and decisions to be made and while I'm aware its easier to bury the head in the sand, soon enough you haver to come up for air and the problems will still be waiting so come on lets make some sensible and logical choices.
I'm made to feel that one of the choices that needs to be made is to stop being so defensive and cold towards certain individuals putting up barriers and holding people at arms length.
The word for today that comes to mind is Compromise, this my darling will help to find a good balance and help you make the right choices.
What has been going on lately has been hard but we must all admit to playing our part and own up to how we have felt and feel now, sometimes when things come to an end there is a sense of relief but we tend to hide and bury that feeling guarding it closely and not wanting anyone to know how we truly feel.
I feel there is a war of wills going on around you and this causes so much more stress and upset leading to anger and hate and whom does that most effect? that's right its you, but why put yourself through that again?
Sometimes my darling we have to make decisions and choices to cut our losses and walk away with our dignity in tact, agree to disagree find that balance that is acceptable for all involved and start a fresh, if we continue to pick at the small details of the situation it will never get resolved. Make a decision and stick to it, I feel that you will find that you will be so much more happier if you did... Oh and don't be swayed by others to keep picking at the scab... x x

When we go through a grieving process of losing a loved one to spirit or the end of a relationship/friendship we become surrounded by our Loved ones in spirit and our Angels.
We may feel it at the time but we are never alone as our loved ones always come back to be with us when we need them the most, giving gentle guidance and support just as they did when they were on the earth.
You will know they are around as you will experience certain feelings or sensations, often you will smell a fragrance you connect with a loved one, hear their name mentioned or hear a song that is special and these come out of the blue and right now my darling I feel that you need this signs.
Grief is natural and we all have to go through it at some point in our lives but spirit sed signs to make us feel better and to help us smile and remember the good times, I am being made aware of a lady in the spirit world who always had a great smile and was so full of fun, this lady knew how to enjoy herself and to the outside world looked like nothing ever caused her any stress or concern.
She makes me feel like I want to laugh at the most inappropriate times and at the most silliest of things, this lady comes with dark hair and makes me feel that she was very knowledgable about a whole array of subjects and all learnt from life and experience not from a book. She wants you to know she's always there when you need her and to remind you that yesterday is gone for a reason so give it no more thought or energy, make hay while the sun shines and laugh and enjoy today, do not concern yourself with tomorrow because it hasn't happened yet.
Go and enjoy your day and find lots to smile about and have a bloody good laugh it will do you more good than any tonic. x x

Deep inside I know that I am successful in every way, and I know I can learn from all of my experiences.
People like and respect me because I choose to value myself and feel good and positive about who I am.
From today I know that it's safe for me to grow and thrive and allow myself to do just that.
I know I deserve blessings as do all people all over the world.
I know that when I succeed, so does everyone else.

Well my darling, another week has arrived and I feel its going to be a week of insights and realisations for all.
As I'm sure you are aware my darling, you are your own worst enemy and the self sabotage is getting out of hand, you know what I'm talking about.
The only thing holding you back is yourself, nobody has you hostage or tied up against your will, this is of our own making and we have the power to let the shackles fall and walk away from what you feel is stopping you or holding you back.
What would you say to a friend in the same situation?
Come on you're stronger than this and you deserve better than this, nothing is stopping you from what lies ahead other than your own fear... is along the lines of what you would say, am I right?
So what is stopping you from taking the same advice?
It's ok to be yourself and not follow the crowd, its ok to do your own things and walk your own path.
Emotions can play havoc with us and what we do and don't do but we can't let them rule our life, if we don't step out of the stream onto dry land we will just get swept longhand get lost in the crowd and miss our chance for stability.
You may feel confused and overwhelmed right now with what has and is happening around you but you must open the gate that is stopping you from moving forward.

I allow myself to have the perfect stillness inside me right now.
I feel and know that I am at peace, for my mind is at rest and I am completely calm.
All throughout the day I breathe deeply and thank my Angels for being along side me.

This morning we have some beautiful flowers to brighten our day.
My darling you are being called on to communicate more with your Angels and i know you will say I don't know how to or I can't get a response, we have to remember that practice makes perfect and its like we are listening to one radio stations and they are speaking on another one, the more you try the more in tune with your Angels you will become.
I'm being made aware that the ego has been playing games again with you making you second guess yourself, now we have spoken about this before and you have got what it takes to come through the other side.
Let all the angst and anxiety leave us as fear is getting in the way of things that are important and there is too much focus on what is not important.
While Lavender can be an acquired sense and its not for everyone, I urge you to use this beautiful scent to help calm your nerves and aid you in a restful and restorative sleep and we both know that you need that!
