Once again our boating day has been canceled due to the weather tomorrow , our pick up time will be 11 AM instead of 9

We will still proceed with a full day of activities and an overnight at Nogemag as planned

Nogemag camp Week 3 ( ages 15 -18 )

The bus will be at the hall at 8:45 am and will be leaving the hall at 9

Please bring your swimwear and a change of clothes incase we go swimming tomorrow 🏖️

Those that haven’t gotten their consent forms signed we will also have them at the hall

We will also provide you with a list of things to bring for the week

Get ready for a great week of fun , sun and our new version of night games , see you all tomorrow 😃

The campers will be dropped off at home between 4:30-5 PM

Nogemag Camp Week 1 begins tomorrow

If your child is registered (ages 10-12 ) the bus will be at the hall at 8:45 and will leave the hall at 9:00 AM

We will drop your children off at home at approximately 4:30 -5 pm

Please send swimwear /shorts / t shirt , we will likely have water games tomorrow to cool off before heading home

* we are at full capacity and we cannot register any more children

Week 2 of Nogemag summer camp 🏕

From snorkeling with salmon 🤿 , strawberry picking 🍓 , making tie dye shirts , resin art , go karting 🏎, night games 🌝 ,paddle boarding 🏄‍♀️ Beach Day in Cap Lumiere , Movies 🍿 Fundy National Park , water games and so much more ….

NGT ( Nogemags Got Talent ) 🎭 was a hit …… feat . The Little Indigenous Mermaid , the Rez Street Boyz and Rowen

On our night hike this week ,
Dan brought us to Mathew’s head , one of the best spots to observe the night sky ⭐️
We sipped on pine needle tea while we learned all about constellations

A successful week 1 of Nogemag camp , lots of new adventures ….. team building exercises , photo scavenger hunt , go karting , swimming galore and 2 full days in Fundy that did not disappoint .

We have no photos of our night hike as it is done in complete darkness , but it’s one of our highlights every year.

This year our guide Dan took us on a hike down to the ocean floor , challenging us as we exercised our night vision. We monitored bat activity and Rowen led the group to sing the miqmag honour song in complete darkness as we all sat below the cliffs with only the sounds of youthful voices and waterfalls.

Nothing short of pure magic ✨

All of our elves have done such amazing work at Nogemag Lodge over the last couple of weeks. We are ready to celebrate !

Nogemag Lodge is also looking for any left over decking planks / old decks lying around that anyone is willing to donate in order to fix 3 of our crossing bridges in our Enchanted Forest. Can be picked up , Thankyou to all helping making our Haloween Event happen. We hope this will become an annual activity for everyone to come enjoy and build memories with their families for years to come 🍁🎃🍂🌾

Nogemag Lodge will be hosting a Halloween Event this year and our students are looking for any Harry Potter costume donations or lends such as these , thanks in advance , please share 🙂

Sticky Fingers will not be tolerated on the Nogemag grounds. You have been caught stealing from the garden that the youth planted. We teach forgiveness so we will extend that to you now , but we also teach healthy boundaries and picking from the garden that you have not planted is one of them. We will gladly invite you to feast and enjoy the produce when the time is right.

Please take note that Nogemag is a designated Sacred site where the youth come to heal , share , play and pray. Let’s do our best to support that because it can’t be done enough in these hard times for them.
