It also works to strengthen and promote Tasmania's Antarctic cultural heritage. Antarctic Tasmania is the contact point for all businesses and organisations whose activities will help to achieve these goals.

Antarctic Tasmania acts as Secretary for The Tasmanian Polar Network - an organisation of more than 60 members drawn from all areas of Tasmanian Antarctic community. TPN can provide assistance and referrals to businesses that understand polar conditions.
