Had my monthly meeting with my coach this afternoon and honestly so proud of my progress so far! down another 4lbs and my body fat is going down as well! now starting to train for a half marathon next summer, growing muscle mass and eventually hoping to do an Ironman! Loving every step of my journey has been crucial for staying motivated and I'm so proud of how far I've come! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I am excited to share my personal fitness journey for the first time on this platform. There is no better time than now to reflect on the progress I've made since beginning this endeavor in January 2023.

For those who know me, you are aware that I started my fitness journey a year and a half ago during a particularly challenging period, four months postpartum. Seeking to reconnect with myself, I believed that dedicating time to the gym could provide the personal time I desperately needed and help me regain my pre-pregnancy physique. Unexpectedly, this decision led me to discover one of my greatest passions.

Initially, I enlisted the help of a coach to navigate the complexities of diet and exercise, as I was entirely new to the fitness world. After three months of valuable guidance, financial constraints required me to continue independently. Determined to succeed, I utilized online resources for further learning and ultimately decided to pursue my personal trainer certification.

During my certification process, I learned how to properly fuel my body and achieve results through effective workouts. As a result, I have lost 40 pounds! I now work with a new coach because, even as a coach myself, I believe in the importance of having guidance to stay on track and continue growing both professionally and personally.

I have always known that I wanted to help people in some capacity, and now I am fulfilling that goal by changing lives one day at a time.

Good morning everyone! โ˜€๏ธ
First off I want to start by saying thank you to all those that have joined the community so far! It warms my heart to know that there are people out there that have the same vision as me and that want to encourage Revive!

On a whole other note I want to remind you all that there are going to be days where the motivation is lacking, the want to move won't be there and that IS OKAY! Listening to your body and knowing when it's tired is an important part of reaching your goals, if you are tired, sore, etc you won't perform at your greatest which we all want to do, perform at our greatest capacity! I'm here to answer any and all questions you may have, I'm here to help you on your journey whether that is to make you a meal plan, a workout plan or just be there to encourage you along the way!

Today is my rest day from my strength training so instead I'll be going outside and enjoying the beautiful weather with my kiddos! Hope you all have a beautiful and sunny weekend! ๐ŸŒณโ˜€๏ธ
