I had the most surreal-real experience last month in Sweden for the new job ! I was sent to the original Ethno to learn how to put one of these music camps together. It’s always a life-changing experience for the participants and I’m glad I got to get a front row seat! 🙏☀️
Going to Sweden was also a personal trip for me as my mother’s ancestors come from there. I was surprised at the ease at which I felt and the warmth of the Swedish people was incredible! 🤗❤️

As the end of the year is upon us, reflections and contemplations abound.☀️
This year we have been traveling a lot recently and chose to stay planted in L.A. for the holidays. While maybe not the most idillic holiday setting, it sure has some stunning sunsets and beautiful sceneries with lighting unparalleled. 🌅 ❤️
I am thankful to stay home this year with my loves & Minnie Pearl. Take a moment to stop and appreciate what we have and where we are going. The calm before the storm that will be 2023. I know these times can be lonely and challenging for many, especially in the Holiday reflection mode, but just know that you are never alone. 🤗 💫

We did it this weekend right!! With the closest of friends, family and even made new friends, we made memories that will last a lifetime. 🫶🙌
The only thing I wanted for my 40th was to use it as an excuse for everyone to re-unite, spend quality time together and heal these past few traumatic years of sickness and separation. ❤️‍🩹 mission accomplished
We spent 4 unforgettable days in Florianópolis, Brazil hanging out at the beach, eating amazing food, laughing 20 hours of the day and barely sleeping because we didn’t want to miss anything. 🏖☀️
Life is what you make it and it really can be as beautiful as you decide. What is important is to give your energy and intentions to the right people who can appreciate you and understanding how to value the exchange of friendship. Every single person there contributed in their own unique way, sharing their talents and love with one another. I feel complete and satisfied that I have found my tribe of people from around the world after all of these years of wandering. Now we are onto reconnecting the love in the world through every song written, dish created, dance, gathering and communication exchanged. 🌎💗
A special thank you to everyone that took the time and energy to come and be a part of it. I’m planning to do more! 40 years ahead to love and be loved 🥰

Feeling no filter these days. Life is changing, I’m changing and I feel like I’m at the half-time (hopefully) of my life.
40 approaches in 10 days and I’m looking forward to the second half. It’s hard not to make sports analogies when it feels like you’ve been given a lot of challenges and a great team of people behind you. I can only feel gratitude. 🌈💓
Sedona has always been pure magic for me since the first time in 2018. The signs are strong and the energy here healing. Upon arrival this time a double rainbow and some hummingbirds (the most auspicious signs of all) presented themselves to me in a matter of 40 mins. The momentum is fast now is what I understood. 🌬💥
For who is reading to this point, I’m sure these last few years have been hard on all of us, but the silver linings of the suffering is here and your life is much more beautiful than you probably give it credit for. He knew more about my teenage shenanigans than anyone because he never judged me, always had another perspective to share and probably a humorous side jab to ease any discomfort. 🫶
He walked the true Artist’s Way and sacrificed a lot for his art, but also left a beautiful legacy and body of work behind. The artist mind is always curious, always learning and never ages. Stay active, empathic and dedicated- that’s what this man, has taught me. 🪐💕

I can’t tell you how crazy the universe works sometimes. There is a long (but worthy) back story to this post. 💫🙌
The year is 2014 and it’s my second tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina with my musicial sister . It’s a lineup of like 9 shows in 7 days and each are special. If you ever get a chance to go Buenos Aires, much less play there, go! It’s magical. 🔥🍷
Ale my friend says there’s a really cool new musical series called and run by a very savvy local producer named (Fede). Trusting her as always we go and sit in. I was not prepared for the magical connection with the audience that was about to occur. As soon as I walked into a place that was not even advertised, much less a sign outside, I realized something was going on there. It was PACKED full of enthusiastic, artistic souls ready to be serenaded. 🎶 💕
I not only had one of the most validating nights as a songwriter from an audience, but immediately felt the intimacy and love within that particular community. I felt lucky to be there, embraced, inspired. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🪐
Of course as most epics nights go, it went on into the wee drunken hours of the next day and still a moment in time that all there remember until today. Not all of us that played that night are still with us and I will be playing my songs and sending my love to who is there. This one will be for you dear wherever you may roam. ☮️🕊

Whata crew! The tribe! My people!
Since I moved back to L.A. almost 5 years ago, I’ve been looking to reunite the tribe. I say tribe because I do believe that our kindred spirits, partners, like-minded souls are out there in all corners of the world, we just have to find them. The thing is: we end up finding each other because it’s a law of physics- the law of attraction. 🌎 🪐
It still amazes me everyday to see the universe at work, at every level. We think we are somehow separate from the universe and all that exists, but we are merely pawns in the game. Stardust. 💫💨
Each one of these people are special stars themselves, multi-talented, sensitive, receptive and doing big positive changes for the world. I feel so lucky to by surrounded by them and excited to know more people of the “tribe” coming around too. Welcome .music 🌟

Minnie was living her best life, we were just lucky to be there. Cozy, long fireplace nights with wine, boardgames and deep conversations. Our past is the past, the future uncertain, but we can make our present beautiful- that was my takeaway and mission as we push ahead in this fight for peace and love - together. 🌎🤝☮️

In the winter months I feel even more grateful to live in Southern California. Only place I have lived that I can harvest citrus from my own yard. ☀️🙌
I’ve been busy this morning digging into intentions and manifestations for 2022 as many of you are this first Monday of the year. I woke early, connected, did my morning rituals and feel ready to take on the day/year. 💪💥
Thank goodness for fresh starts, new beginnings and resets. I feel as sharp and refreshed as this here citrus in the morning sun.
