I’ll try to spare you the novel I could easily type about Saturday night and how grateful I am to have not only a community of friends and family who continue to show up and make make me feel seen, heard and celebrated, but a dynamic and stupid talented community of artists (musicians! dancers! actors! ) who, no matter how weird or ambitious the ask, will simply say “hell ya when do you want me what should I wear” every single time 💗. Y’all make creating together feel like never-ending summer vacation. Saturday night embodied this album’s thesis: what happens when we let our power and our pleasure be our teacher. Thank you for exploring that energy with me - thank you for coming, thank you for playing, thank you for leaning in and letting go and filling the space with the best vibes imaginable.
