Thursday (as I forecasted Wednesday evening) only made it into the 30s for highs...
It will be about 10 degrees warmer on Friday!
Then another 6 or 7 degrees warmer on Saturday!

WILD WEATHER!
While there's some WET SNOW flying in the eastern Adirondacks, there's SPRINKLES/LIGHT RAIN in CNY & THUNDERSTORMS crossing from Buffalo to Olean.
The line of downpours/storms are all heading ENE towards Syracuse/CNY from 7 pm to Midnight.

I had the pleasure of being asked to visit first graders at Dr. Week's elementary on Tuesday November 28th. The kids were very energetic and asked some VERY good questions ranging from "what makes the weather move?" and "what makes a snow day?".
We went over the difference between radar on the ground and satellites taking pictures while orbiting Earth. I also shared with them some video and info from the Blizzard of 1993 in Syracuse.
Hopefully they learn more about the weather as they get older and perhaps I can inspire at least one or two to consider going into meteorology or broadcasting.
