Little update: and I welcomed our son 6 days late on Sunday Dec. 11th. He came on his own at 2:10am! We had a whirlwind of a week but are finally settled in and healthy 🙏💙 Loving on our baby boy, Ander and prepping for Christmas now.

Pregnancy update… still pregnant 😅
I have had a few people reach out asking so I figured I would give a quick update. I am 5 days past my due date and scheduled to go into the hospital tomorrow night unless he decides to come before than which I am praying he does 🙏

Thank you everyone who has given their love, support, and words of encouragement through this pregnancy! 💙 It means so much!!

I love hair accessories and a good braid! This is actually the first time I did a 5 strand braid for a bridal updo and I love it! (2nd photo)
Between the braid and the pearls it adds so much to the style 🤍
I suggest playing with accessories at your trial run and even throw a braid in there for some added texture. It’s easy to take out and play around with if you decide it’s not the look you want.

The later in the year we got the more requests I received for this style; sleek low bun! 🤍 it’s so classy and elegant! A lot have referenced Justin Bieber’s wife, when describing the look they wanted. Not sure if it was really her that set the trend we are just now seeing hit here or what but it’s so bridal and a classic look that will never go out of style!

First time I saw this photo it gave me chills! I don’t think you all understand how much I love to see your wedding photos! Almost as much as you love seeing them! I love to talk and hear about your wedding day vision and all the details but I leave the morning of the wedding before I get to actually see it all come together. So it’s so fun to actually see that vision I heard all about when your photos come out 😍 I can’t get enough!

Dreaming of entering your wedding on horseback and having that dream come true! 😍

I only have 3 weddings left for the rest of the year because I take maternity leave on Sunday and I am actually really sad at the thought of this 😭 I love my job so much and all of my brides!! I only booked myself one wedding end of January and one end of February; planning on easing back into it before March picks up the busy spring season! I know I am going to love the time with my new baby boy, husband, and family but goodness it’s going to be so weird to not be working. I’m sure the time off will do me good but it’s going to be hard for me. 😅

Wedding season is in full swing! 🍂Worked 5 weddings already this month and we are only 10 day in 😅Have 7 more to go! 🙌 I am going to try and get better about sharing these gorgeous weddings and brides! It is such a beautiful season and the colors are my absolute favorite!!

I do have a girl at the salon who can take good care of you while I am away if need be! 💕

Color & cut only clients: As you may know already, I will no longer be offering these services when I return but the girls at my salon would love to have you in their chair!

This bride married her groom in the middle of a field during a thunderstorm. A lot of brides biggest fear on the wedding day but let me tell you no storm will keep you from the ultimate goal of being married to your love and that’s what the whole day is about and rain doesn’t change that or keep you from it. Knowing the storm was fast approaching Natalie was still so happy and excited to see her groom and get married! They did not let the storm wash away their excitement or celebration and I think that is so important!

Hey friend!
Wanted to introduce myself to those who do not know me yet. Those who do may learn something new 💗

My name is Brittney Giesel.

I got married to my favorite person, on May 15, 2021 👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏼‍♂️

We have two dogs; Kimber & Sadie.
A Brittany Spaniel and a rescue, Aussie mix.

We operate 3 Airbnb’s on the side located in Chattanooga, TN.

I grew up in Plymouth, Michigan.

My parents and two younger sisters moved to Tennesse in 2004.

I graduated from hair school 9 years ago.

My dream was to have a wedding salon back when I was in school.

2021 has honestly been the most incredible! Busiest year of my career for sure. I wish my scheduling app allowed me to view the whole year to count how many weddings I had but as of May I have worked 72 weddings! I was also a 2021 bride and so was my little sister! It was a year of weddings no doubt and I have you all to thank for making it incredible!

2 weeks from today will be Christmas! 😱😧 .. try to stay calm.. 😬😶 There is still so much to do and I want to soak up everything that comes with this holiday and cherish this time. I have 4 more weddings left in 2021! That really makes the closeout of the year feel way too close! I have huge projects on my hands with a very short time stamp. I’m afraid these next few weeks will just pass me by before I can even wrap my self up in the holiday season.
