Here’s how to do it:

💦 Fill your diffuser half with water and half with vinegar.

⏰ Diffuse the mixture for about 10-15 minutes then turn off your diffuser.

🧽 Remove the water and vinegar mixture and wipe the inside clean with a cotton swab or pad.

My #3, also known as Liam, and I are in Barrie for a hockey tournament and he was having a lot of trouble sleeping. Crisis averted!

While making pumpkin muffins this evening, I ran out of cinnamon. I admit, I was panicked about what to do, until I realized that I have doTERRA’s Cinnamon Bark! I added a few drops and the batter is delicious 😋.
