•Any player or coach showing dissent will be cautioned.
•An outfield player can be nominated if the captain is a goalkeeper.

•No approaching opponent’s players on the field; disputes go to MTCHopSol Administration.
•Player card inspections by referees or HopSol convener only; focus on your team.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
•Two yellow cards and a red: 1-game suspension.
•Straight red card: 2-game suspension.
•Red card for insulting the referee: 3-game suspension.
•Repeat offenses will result in permanent removal from the league.
•Tampered birth certificates or player cards lead to dismissal from the league.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
•Shin guards mandatory from U13.
•Tights and second skin must match uniform colors.
•Games start with 7 players plus goalkeeper, even if some lack correct gear.
•Bench players wear bibs and sit in designated areas.
•Teams provide at least two game balls.
•Every team needs a basic first aid kit.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
•All team returns must be submitted before the game starts.
•Player cards must be visible and neatly displayed.
•Record the exact kickoff time.
•Use full names and shirt numbers; no nicknames.
•Ensure the team return is signed by coaches and the referee.
•Utilize the provided space for any notes.
