Recently I lost a stone and a half due to a stressful time, (half way back to being the person I was in pic 2 - this scared me into getting my weight back on)

I have now gained half a stone and will be happy if I gain just half a stone more ( a stone would be better though).

A bit of TLC on a yukky Saturday morning.
Starting to see the benefits of the aloe glow, vitamin b & c and collagen.
My wrinkles have reduced so much ❤️
57 this year 😱, too close to 60 for my liking 🙈🙈

A chilled bank holiday Monday, just watched Will Mellor on loose women ❤️.
He burst my bubble when he mentioned his wife 🙈🤣🤣
Now back to reality and time to put the bins out 🙄🙈🤣

This week I’m not feeling peopley 😢

There is enough s**t going on in everyone’s lives, we all have enough to cope with without unnecessary drama.

So impressed with the benefits of the Aloe Glow drink I’ve been using and it’s Mango flavoured 😍
I feel like it moisturises you from the inside. For me it helps with my whole digestive system. I am trying to gain weight and this has helped me so much. Other people are using it and it’s helping them with their weight loss.
I don’t think we can under estimate ALL the benefits that Aloe Vera gives us so naturally ❤️
I had a nosey at the H&B version, which is lemon flavoured and a lot more expensive 😳

It’s so sad that Kate (Princess of Wales) had to announce her health conditions and treatment to stop the speculation that, in my opinion, is media driven 😢

The end of another working week 🎉🎉 let’s hope we have reasonable weather this weekend 🤞
I really hope to start some gardening ❤️

This week I gained 2lb in weight so now hovering over the 60kg mark, hopefully I can maintain it and gain more over the next few weeks 😀

The Aloe glow was a kick start to my wellbeing, I then bought vitamin B complex (on Amazon) and vitamin c effervescent tablets (on Amazon)to help absorb the Farmasi Collagen tablets. Farmasi have many Collagen products but I chose the product that was the most affordable for me.

We all work within our own budgets and prioritise accordingly xx

So getting back to my weight gain journey, I have gained 3lb 🎉🎉🎉 still several lb’s to go.

What started my gain was the aloe glow that I got from Farmasi. It has really relaxed my tummy so I am more comfortable when I eat.
It’s so easy to build into my daily routine too.

To be fair all the Farmasi products I have tried have been great and so affordable. They do skin care, makeup, nutrition for men and women so well worth a look.

So being pulled over by the police last night I now have a new brake light, cost me £1.44 (fitted at the garage with a receipt so can prove the I am not a criminal 🤣)

Feel a bit of a rebel by being pulled over by the police tonight, first time in 56 years 🤣🤣🤣

Todays ramblings …

Woke up late, despite Puffin sitting on me, licking my face and pressing my ‘on’ button (which is apparently my nose 🙄)
Had my counselling appointment at 10.15 and discussed my frustration of not being able to gain weight, amongst other things.
I have 1 stone to gain in a world where the majority are trying to lose weight- the battles are the same but just the other way round xx

This is also the same the other way round 👍

In the mornings I watch GMTV while I’m having my morning cuppa.
Yesterday they were talking about the bum pants that Marks and Spencer’s are selling 🤣🤣
I am so tempted to give them a try 😳🙈

Anyway this weekend it seems I’m checking out a leaky loo 😳🙈🤣🤣
As if there was not enough to deal with 🙄🙈🤣

To kick this off, last year I moved house (for the better🎉🎉), I had changed jobs in April 2023 but didn’t realise the sh*t show that I was walking in to 😳🙈. End result was I lost a lot of weight and didn’t trust my choices.

I am now on my weight gain journey 👍😀 and realise my mental and physical health are so important (it only took me 56 years to realise this 🤣🤣)

Having said this I laugh at my craziness. Oh, and strangely I share my life with my equally crazy fur ball aka Puffin ❤️
