I've been making this Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cake for over 20 years! It's a recipe from our church cookbook many years ago when we lived in Chicago. While our kids were growing up, I made it almost weekly and the 6 of us + kids friends could finish it in a day!
This one is for my small group tomorrow night. I'm making a gluten and dairy free version for someone later in the week! Next I'll try a sugar free/ keto diabetic friendly version.... I'll let you know how it goes!👩‍🍳

Loved making this special cake today as a surprise for my daughter in law!! earned a Cadillac like the one on the cake by sharing her "shampoo love", and leading a team! In addition to this, she is a full time PA, mom to our Wells and Annie, and wife to our son, !! We are so proud of you, Ashley!! We celebrated her accomplishment today
My vanilla cake is her fave, and it went perfectly with her white Cadillac!!
Unfortunately this warm day and my too soft frosting wasn't a good combo😩, and as you can see, my layers were sliding by the time I got there, but it was still yummy!
