𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗥 𝗞-𝟵 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗗
The first quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) is set on Monday, March 25, this year, with a focus on enhancing the provincial capitol employee's preparedness in responding during earthquake scenarios.
One of the highlights of the synchronized drill is the four (4) ZN-PDRRMO-owned search and rescue (SAR) K-9 dogs - recently trained to become emergency responders. Its mission is to track living victims and show evident signs of distress when they find dead bodies.
Other activities of the said drill were fire suppression; high-angle rescue; triaging; extrication and treatment of victims among many.
