The Dogs Aid Dress 4 Less Fashion Event is on in the Centre this Sunday 8th September. Enjoy some guilt free retail therapy, whilst supporting the Sanctuary and after that sit down with a delicious cake and cuppa in the coffee dock.
Arthritis Ireland is pleased to announce that it will be running the award winning Living Well with Arthritis and Related Conditions course in St. Brigidโs Resource Centre, Killester this autumn. The course consists of a 2 ยฝ hour workshop given once a week, for six weeks and is for people with arthritis and/or fibromyalgia who want to learn self-management skills and techniques to live healthily with their condition.
The course starts on Monday 9th September, all sessions 10am-12.30pm(2.5 hours).
The course is free, participants receive a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and participant's handouts at the first session.

What a wonderful evening in St Brigids tonight with the lighting of our outdoor Christmas tree ๐ , it was fantastic to see so many people turn-out for it , outstanding performance from St Brigid's friendship choir who braved the cold to keep us all entertained thank you all so much x
Big shout out to all the volunteers and staff you done marvellous work over the past two days to make it happen especially the coffee shop team who put on a lovely spread and kept us warm with hot chocolates , last but not least the boys and girls from St Brigid's schools who came along and help decorate the tree ๐ ๐ # # # A fantastic night indeed .more pics to follow
