****LOW SYN TREATS***
It’s Sunday evening...we have had our dinners, counted our syns, we’re feeling good. we’re sat in front of the telly with our families chilling out. we’re a little peckish so you might dip your hand into the biscuit tin, the left over boxes of chocolates from xmas or a bag of sweeties from the cupboard and before you know it you’re waaaaaay over your syns for the day from not much at all! That’s exactly where low syn treats step in! making sure you stay on track is so important. I’m a proper chocoholic and i love a biccy! If I count my syns throughout the day i can enjoy some digestive thins for only 1.5 syns each, a lotus biscuit for only 2 syns each or a fibre one bar for only 4 syns! you could have 2 whole fibre one bars and a couple of biccys and still be within your syns!
Im going to be sat down with a couple of biccys and a cup of tea later on this evening without feeling left out 🍪 ☕️

I love a good sainsbury’s trip! I got myself a new thermos flask for my soups for work and lots of yummy speedy food for a very pocket pleasing £6 something or another 🤷🏼♀️ lots of stir fry for lunches/ dinners. nice bit of salad and some butternut squash squaffles! i loveeee me some speedy food. this week is going to be such an on plan week. Remember to food prep, plan your meals and count your syns. see you lighter on the scales next week 👋🏻

made me and the boyfriend a MONSTER fry up this morning. splurged a lot of syns (10) on my hash browns and some proper sausages but i tell you it was worth every single bite and i’m still full up 5 hours later! Slimming World gives you such an opportunity to have all the foods you enjoy! brb off to finish my food coma 😴 🥓
****SNACKS****
Most people assume as soon as they start a diet they can say goodbye to any kind of snacks. With slimming world you do not need to say goodbye. There are so many low syn/syn free snacks you can enjoy every day! I love Walkers ‘POPs’ and a cheeky twix for 4 and 5 syns each! I’ve always failed on diets because i don’t allow myself to eat treats. I can have anything I want. Crisps, Chocolate, Ice Cream, Sweets. As long as i count my syns i can treat myself every day!
Completely Syn-Free dinner! Gammon with speedy Sweet potato and normal potato wedges with a whole mound of speedy chunky veg. Just what the doctor ordered 😍😁

****TIPS AND TRICKS****
How do I manage to loose 5lbs in 1 week?
•I always make sure I measure out my HE A&B very carefully. I’ve got this handy bottle from poundworld to help me along. and some great scales from Salter! (be careful with these bottles as they can weight a little light/heavy so i always weigh in a jug before i put them in my glass for the day)
• I also make sure when i need to weigh out any syns that my spoon i use is LEVEL! you don’t know how many extra syns you are having by just having ‘a little extra on top’ they all add up!
• Most importantly I always make sure that i have at least 1/3 of my plate as speed food and I always do my best to make sure i’m swapping as much free food for speedy food as possible! I love bananas and that’s great because they are free but this week I have been swapping a banana for some speedy mango, some speedy oranges and even some speedy pineapple and clearly my choices have made a big difference🍊 🍌 🍍
You can and you will get to a healthy weight and feel happy in your own skin, will help you love yourself again, just like i do😊
Vegetable soup or any kind of speedy soup is always my go to for lunch! so filling and so yummy! 😁
I love a quick and easy meal for dinner! Syn free Golden rice, gammon and salad! yummy!!! 😋😋

on cold monday mornings we have 40g of oats and 250ml of semi skimmed milk for our healthy extra A&B for breakfast to make lovely porridge with a big dollop (1 tblsp) of strawberry jam for 2 syns! yummy 😋
