This is the story of a client who had 12 sessions at a different salon

This client saw what she thought was an amazing offer of 12 full body sessions for just £1500 and decided to go for it.

The client travelled to the clinic every 4 weeks (which is far too soon for enough hairs to regrow enough to be in the “growing stage” to treat).

The client advised she felt uncomfortable and was made to lay naked across the bed with no cover such as bed roll and was given black-out goggles so couldn’t see through them. The door to the room would sometimes open too, leaving the client wondering if someone was coming in or if she was on show (nobody should be able to enter a laser room whilst a session is ongoing).

After 10 sessions (many of which were cancelled at the last minute with no redress or apology to the client), and with minimal hair reduction, she decided to stop going to the said clinic and was willing to pay all over again to start her sessions at OSG.
