No disrespect to cardio, but there’s is no better form of exercise for losing weight, than lifting weights. Weight training has multiple health benefits, especially when it comes to weights loss. 💪Reduce visceral fat ( visceral fat is a type of dangerous fat that surrounds the organs in the belly) 💪Increases and/ or preserve fat-free mass. This can increase the number of kilojoules the body burns at rest. Research has shown that 10 weeks of weight training could help increase kilojoules burned at rest by 7%
