I was once again called upon to come up with a fun custom creation for a charity event…check out this unique shawl pin! The ceramic button was created by another local artist, Sue Bertolini Fox, and the fiber art created by Pamela Pitts. The pin was created with plated silver wire and topped with a rose quartz bead. I’m super pleased with how everything turned out and how beautiful a project can be when collaborating with other local talent! 🤩🤩🤩

Now that Christmas is over, I can finally share this piece! Remember that uranium glass I posted a few weeks back? Here’s how she turned out, dressed in sterling silver!

I thought this was such a neat project, so much so that I did some research and found more uranium glass “stones”! They’re being shipped from the Czech Republic, so I have yet to get my hands on them, but once they arrive, I’ll put my fingers to work creating more beautiful pieces to share with y’all!

Here she is, the very first rose gold pumpkin. 😍

I’ll admit, I was SO nervous to make this one. Rose gold wire is NOT cheap and I didn’t want to make any mistakes and be wasteful with the wire. My hands were shaking while I was using my tools…no scratches or nicks in this baby!

She’s already been claimed and is going to a good home.

Long time, no see. I’m so, SO sorry for the prolonged absence. Summer rolled around and I seized the opportunity to live life to the fullest. And also found myself consumed in outdoor home improvement projects. 😝🤣

But I’m back! I’ve been slowly working my fingers back into shape to rebuild my callouses and get them to remember how to work with wire. 🥴
