The most precious resource we have is time.

Kaya para sa mga nasa 20s paโ€” do your best, execute your goals and build your financial foundation at this age.

Bakit?

Let's all take action while we can.

Client: Insurance plus Investment? How does that work? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ

It's like opening a savings account with the bank. The catch is, it already includes comprehensive protection โ€” critical illness benefit, disability benefit, accidental benefit and hospitalization benefits. ๐Ÿค—

At the same time, you also have a growing investment in the stock market (Jollibee, San Miguel, Ayala, SM, BDO, and other high performing companies).๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฏ

When is the best time to get one?

โœ… Before ka mag-birthday
โœ… As long as healthy & insurable
โœ… Now, stock prices are low

Most people spend money and save what is left.

Wealthy people save money and spend what is left.

Most people consider healthcare and insurance as an expense.

Wealthy people consider healthcare and insurance as an investment.

Most people work for money.

Wealthy people let money work for them.

The difference between wealthy and most people is the way they think about planning their future.

Why is insurance important? Letโ€™s look at these five key reasons.

1. Protection for you and your family

Your family depend on your financial support to enjoy a decent standard of living, which is why insurance is especially important once you start a family.

It means the people who matter most in your life may be protected from financial hardship if the unexpected happens.

2. Reduce stress during difficult times

None of us know what lies around the corner. Unforeseen tragedies such as illness, injury or permanent disability, even death โ€“ can leave you and your family facing tremendous emotional stress, and even grief.

With insurance in place, you or your familyโ€™s financial stress will be reduced, and you can focus on recovery and rebuilding your lives.

3. To enjoy financial security

No matter what your financial position is today, an unexpected event can see it all unravel very quickly.

Insurance offers a payout so that if there is an unforeseen event you and your family can hopefully continue to move forward.

4. Peace of mind

No amount of money can replace your health and wellbeing โ€“ or the role you play in your family. But you can at least have peace of mind knowing that if anything happened to you, your familyโ€™s financial security is assisted by insurance.

5. A legacy to leave behind

A lump sum death benefit can secure the financial future for your children and protect their standard of living.

HEALTH CARD (HMO) or LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE?

There seems to be a lot of confusion when people talk about "health insurance."

Technically, may dalawa kasing types of health assistance.

1. Health Card from a Health Maintenance Organization a.k.a. HMO (e.g. Maxicare, Medicard, Intellicare, etc.)

2. Life Insurance with Critical Illness Benefits from a Life Insurance Company.

People often ask kung alin ba sa dalawa dapat 'yung meron tayo?

These are 2 different kinds of insurances that serve 2 different purposes.

๐Ÿ’ณ HEALTH CARD (HMO)

๐Ÿ“Œ The benefit is you don't have to worry about the amount of medical expenses na kailangan bayaran on the spot.

LIFE INSURANCE WITH HEALTH BENEFITS

Sayo directly mapupunta yung cash, lump sum.

๐Ÿ“Œ Pwede niyo siya gamitin pangdagdag for treatments, or to replace the income na mawawala sayo.

๐Ÿ“Œ Coverage is usually until age 70 or 100, and the amount can range from Php 500,000.00 to Php 15,000,000.00.. You'll get this in cash if you get diagnosed with a critical illness.

๐Ÿ“Œ The benefit is, it's all up to you kung paano at saan siya gagamitin, basta ibibigay na lang sayo yung cash.

๐Ÿ“ŒPlus additional benefit is, may naka link narin itong investment or VUL kung tawagin so kung hindi mo man sya magamit sa health, pwede mo sya magamit sa mga personal purchase mo (car, house and lot, educational fund, business or travel).

๐Ÿค” WHICH ONE TO GET?

๐Ÿ˜‡ I believe that it's important to have BOTH. Yes, BOTH.

In the end kasi, they complement each other.

For health cards, usually kasama na 'to sa benefits from your company. So kung meron ka nang ganito from your employer - congrats! You don't need to pay for it out of pocket anymore.

For health insurance, very rare that employers offer this as a benefit. So it's highly likely that you have to purchase one for yourself.

-------
No one can really predict when illnesses or emergencies come (nor can we stop them).

Paying for healthcare may be expensive, but itโ€™s something that's very useful to have (even though I hope that we would never need to use it). But still reality is most people get sick before they die. Better be prepared!

For life insurance (with health benefits), you can contact me or you can comment below so we can design one that fits your budget and needs ๐Ÿ‘‡

Stay healthy everyone.๐Ÿ’™

Here's why:

-Recent data shows a decline in insurance pe*******on in the Philippines, highlighting the need for financial protection.

-Through Project 100M, I aim to provide 100 Million pesos worth of life insurance to Filipinos.

-My goal is to empower families with financial planning tools and ensure they leave a legacy for future generations, instead of facing the financial burdens often faced by the "sandwich generation."
