Well done to all. These runs are a great way to work on some speed over the winter months and provide some variety to your training. If you are training long try doing part of your run then join a race for the last 10kms or so. Wally Cairns cross country in kings park next weekend is a great one for building strength

In the half marathon Andi 1:55:14 (PB I think?) Roz 2:03:17 Tracey 2:00:04 great effort just two weeks after Joindalup Corinne 2:20:40
In the 12 km Nic Burke 58:47 Robyn 59:33 diedre 1:23:10 and Fiona a huge 1 hr faster than last year with a 2:12:39
In the 4km Liz Reeves carried a little extra and accompanied a work mate in 30:47.

Cas's debute to road racing was a stunner with 2:42 for the hilly 94kms in the Tour de Perth
Nic and Tim completed the Christchurch run after already doing 12 kms.Times shortly.
Good luick to Nic and Tim who are currently in Paris preparing for next weekends marathon

Results from Busselton half marathon on Saturday. Nic Burke 1hr 49 this is a great run considering she ran for an hour before the race. Average 5:11 for 32kms. Bring on New York.

State duathlon Last weekend I torrential rain. Well done Stace on her first duathlon and 5th place in 1 hr 17 mins. sue Clifton finished strong to win her age group by 9 secs I'm a time of 1:29. Mary P completed her comeback with a solid 1 hr 32. Great to see her back on the bike and in such challenging conditions. Well done to all
