To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism by working the big muscle groups with simple high intensity intervals.

The class this eve will begin with a 5 min functional power threshold (FTP) test. It will give you a result that you will then input into the monitor. This means your ride will be tailored to your own level of fitness.
If you get a chance, download the ICG Training App and set up an account with your email address.

Please note that you are only allowed to do one Rebounding class on Tuesday night so that everyone gets a go. 30 minutes will give you a killer workout π.
