So much love here. I’m technically on the “dream team” for maskcara but I’m also a part of what we Call ourselves “the breakfast club”. Maskcara isn’t a pyramid scheme because we all support and encourage each other. Instead we are a “pyramid of cheerleader” as Megan says:) live all my Maskcara sisters.

I met this group of in at a convention. We had never met before in our lives, we were total strangers, knew nothing about each other. But we had all stepped thousands of miles outside our comfort zones, stepped far away from our children and spouses, because we had a passion in common. We sat at a round table in a sunny vegas cafe, and shared a breakfast. Then we shared lipgloss, then we shared travel tips, then we shared mental health secrets, then we shared friendship.

I have never encountered a group of business competitors which becomes, not only friends, but the strongest supporters, and the loudest cheerleaders. We are not on the same Maskcara "team," yet, we are a team! We made our own. If there is any type of pyramid in it is a cheerleading pyramid and we take turns lifting each other up.

When you hear those cliches all that jazz, it rarely rings true. But this is what that concept looks like in reality. lives up to the hype. We are creating our own and it's a community I am proud to be part of.
