Rental kitchen lookin’ fine! 😍 I’ve always thought that a rental should feel like home too. That is why we try to add features we would want to see in a home we would want for our family, regardless or life stage or situation.

Hey! It’s been awhile! I was searching for a file on my laptop and this pic of a home we finished last year stopped me cold. I don’t know how this shot didn’t get my attention earlier, but it’s fabulous. And check out that amazing coffee table by the one and only . If you want some custom midcentury furniture, he’s your guy! 📸:

I believe that the space where you do laundry should be as cheery as possible. So when our client wanted to add shiplap to her laundry room walls we were ALL IN! Isn’t it lovely?

Such a lovely, light filled room. This mid century modern style is checking all of the boxes.

This charmer was a challenge. The homeowners really wanted a front porch and we managed to squeeze it in even though we were working with an odd shaped and shallow lot. The lot shape also forced us to angle the garage portion of the house but it turned out beautifully despite all of our constrictions.

This kitchen turned out so fresh and cheery. The sink wall was covered entirely in white brick tile that added so much rich texture. The custom hood adds just the right amount of warmth opposite the pewter green island. This is a happy place to cook and bake.

It may be true that home offices are now indispensable in home design. This one turned out so lovely!

We like to add a bit of natural light to showers. It always makes a big difference! And we are loving the freestanding tub trend. Some v-groove paneling really frames it out nicely.

This gray is fabulous. It changes throughout the day from blue to green and back to gray again. I love colors that can be other colors. You know, the colors between the colors on the wheel. Those are my favorite.

I guess I’m on a roll with kitchen pics. Here is another beauty we recently completed. That backsplash steals the show! ✨

Yesterday was a moody blue/gray kitchen, but today’s is a creamy white with a pop of deep cyan backsplash. Which is your favorite?

I keep reading that moody kitchens are what is happening right now. We do a lot of light and bright kitchens, so this one is a refreshing departure!

Swipe to see what’s behind those cute dormer windows. This loft is so multifunctional. It could be a TV room, study space, playroom, teen hangout, home office, craft room.

How would you use this space? Coffee bar? Open pantry? Cocktail bar? Appliance hub? Dish display? I’m picturing how to style it this morning. Lots of possibilities!

I still think about all of the details in this kitchen we did last year.
