The Alabama Dance Council (ADC) is a statewide, nonprofit service organization for the Alabama dance community.
The ADC's mission is to promote the study, creation, performance and enjoyment of dance in all forms.

Dance for Schools is the Alabama Dance Festival’s arts education program. This program provides high-quality, meaningful arts experiences focused on P12 students, educators, and artists. Dance for Schools programs focus on arts integration, arts enhancement, and arts exposure. The Alabama Dance Festival is proud to offer exciting opportunities for the 2025 Dance for Schools Program!

Alabama Dance Festival because it is an opportunity to be a part of a fun weekend of dance with other dancers from all over the state.

The Community Arts Grant Information Session will take place July 18th from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. During this info session, we'll provide an overview of the City of Birmingham Community Arts Grant, explain who is eligible to apply, discuss the grant requirements, and answer any questions. This event will be free and open to the public.

Happy Teaching Tuesday, friends! 🏫📚Did you know the Alabama Arts License Tag Grant Program promotes Alabama arts education, including visual arts, folk arts, and performing arts programming.
Proceeds are distributed to the Alabama State Council on the Arts to be disbursed to Alabama Arts Alliance and the Alabama Department of Education for arts education programming supporting the arts throughout the state.
