Here's an event you don't want to miss!!! The College of Human Ecology at Cornell is launching its CHE in NYC program, which will be led by Dr. Tashara M. Leak, Associate Professor in the Division of Nutritional Sciences, who was named the inaugural Associate Dean of CHE in NYC (and is the first Black faculty member promoted to Associate Professor in Nutritional Sciences). This event will celebrate the launch and provide an opportunity for Cornellians to learn about this commitment to strengthen and amplify our work in NYC through new resources and opportunities.

In accordance with Section VI, Par. 3 of the By-laws of the Cornell Black Alumni Association, I would like to issue the Official Call for our General Body Meeting. This meeting will take place on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Washington, DC, along with an option for virtual participation. Please stay tuned for details and registration information for the meeting.
At this meeting, our Executive Board will be sharing highlights of the last year, as well as sharing updates as we prepare to sunset this leadership term at our June 2024 Reunion. We will also be hosting a social event following the meeting as well. Please mark your calendars, stay tuned for details and make plans to join us in Washington DC for this annual meeting of the association.
