We’ve got some sad but also exciting news to share with all of you in the community!

Starting now, we’ll be taking a break from in-person farmers market events, including Beulah Church Farmers Market Fern Creek KY. We enjoyed every moment meeting everyone in the community and making friends! So thankful for the experience, and everyone’s hospitality ☺️ This isn’t forever.. we will announce any upcoming market dates that we do plan on attending! ✨

While we are taking this break from in-person events, we are simultaneously super excited about the new efforts we’ve been directing our energy towards! 💝

Some of the things we are looking forward to include:

💻 We are also revamping our online Etsy shop (it’s way over-due 😭) to include all our new products! Stay tuned for shop update details 😊✨

Hey everyone! We will not be at the Beulah Church Farmers Market Fern Creek KY today. 😳

We are taking a rest this week while we create more exciting things behind the scenes 🌿😌

I hope everyone’s week goes well and we will most certainly be missing you all at todays market 💕😘

Nourishing Herbal Infusions are my #1 favorite way to get my herbal nutrients in my diet! My favorite gentle & nutritive herbs to utilize in these teas are: oatstraw, linden, nettle, & rosehips. I love to add in rose petals to my infusions, too!

This so beautifully encapsulates the absolute honor and blessing it is to carry on this ancient wisdom of healing with plants.

May our relationship with the divine intelligence of the earth deepen with love.

As an herbalist, I’m a benefactor of thousands and thousands of years of healing wisdom that was tended and cared for by thousands and thousands of medicine carriers. So many were killed and persecuted for being caretakers of the plants and the knowledge of their healing power.

I don’t take it for granted that I’m here today with all of this information at my fingertips from cultures across the world. I don’t forget that what is shared with me today has been held as some of the most sacred treasures that could be passed down through a family and a lineage.

It’s a humbling blessing beyond words to be given so much by my elders - both human and botanical - who have trusted me to continue it on for future generations. And this is the burning flame that drives my passion to keep it going - it’s what gets me up each morning and fuels me to share the medicine from the plants.

Today expressing our gratitude to the ancient ones and the elders who have given their lives to preserving and protecting the tradition of Alchemy that we have been sharing so much about lately.

A deep bow to our teacher Robert Bartlett, to his teacher Frater Albertus, and to the thousands that came before all the way back to Northern Africa and the wisdom keepers from the sacred land of Khem.

My heart is full of reverence was remembering all of the ones who came before us - who carried and protected their precious seeds of wisdom so that they would live on all the way to today.

Somehow through a prayer that must have been sung by these old ones, it’s continuing on today. And we’re doing our best to preserve it, to protect it, and to also breathe life back into these old bones so that it may live and walk again with strength in this world when it’s needed the most. 🔥

Thank you everyone for a great, fun, herbal-infused night!! :) It was such a joy to learn about and celebrate herbs with all of you who were able to make it out tonight!
