Coach Hairul was a former member of the Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team (D.A.R.T) of Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and have served for 15 years.

Everyone Is Different. It's the reason why I love working with athletes and what truly fuels my passion for coaching. Every athlete has a different skill set, a different history, and a different personality and style they prefer to be coached in. These pillars serve as the foundation but ultimately my style of coaching differs between every single athlete I work with. That is why before we start any training program, I schedule and in person meeting or phone call so the athletes get to know me as a coach and I can get a better understand of how best to help them reach their goals. I love building that relationship of trust and understanding with each athlete and I truly believe it is a big difference maker when it comes to performance.

What we do?
Skill centers are located at Centaurs sports park turf city , providing features to help build skills in a safe, progressive, and monitored arena. Some of the skills we will work on are general bike handling, braking, shifting, pedal position, body position, wheel lifts, short steep descents/ ascents and whole lot more.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to do a table top, but you are struggling? Well, how about you get some tips from the video do-ers in BMX?
The modern pentathlon is an Olympic sport that comprises five different events; 200m freestyle swimming, fencing, show jumping, and a final combined event of pistol shooting and a 3200m cross-country run. The youth category will do 4 events except show jumping.
The most important commitment you will ever make is to being the best you can be as a coach.

TriAdventure is a multi-sport squad coached by NROC coach Hairul Nazwa, and caters for all athletes. Coach Hairul has been involved in endurance sport as a competitor and coach for over past years.
Coach Hairul philosophy is that people come first and foremost from hard work, planning and commitment. Combine this with consistent feedback and technical advice and the results will simply follow.

BMX and MOUNTAIN BIKE SESSIONS (AGE 5 -16)
Saturdays 16:00 - 18:00
TriAdventure coaching is specifically aimed at 5 -16yr olds who want to improve their BMX and MTB skills. Riders will spend time riding the pump track zone, learing bike handling skills on the flat and out riding on the jungle cross trails. The session is 2hrs in duration and runs throughout every Saturday except public holiday. Riders will be coached by experienced BMX and MTB coaches.

The challenges in all cycling events is ensuring that all of your training, the power you’ve worked so hard to build isn’t wasted come race day. Often I’ve seen good results lost due to a rider’s poor skill set when riding the bike. That rider has worked really hard in he/her training, they’ve committed to a tough training plan, and yet the results don’t match up to their power profile.
Yes, things can and will go wrong. You can’t control punctures, crashes, mechanicals, or bad roads. But there’s a lot you can incorporate into your training to develop your skills and to boost your chances of success. Jungle Cross Youth Mountain Bike 2017 Race Series. Focused on our next generation of mountain bikers.
The goal is to promote the sport of youth mountain biking through MTB skills coaching follow by a fun race.
We encourage parents to ride or run with the children 8 and under.

Youth (12 and Under) are invited to attend a 1 hour sports clinic conducted by SCF certified MTB coaches. After the hour session, there will also be a "fun" kids race on the top paddock / skills area. The fun races will be grouped according the numbers and ages that attend. The cost for entry is only $15 and can be booked online or 15 minutes before the start of the day's session.
