👉 We are thrilled to share that we have signed a contract with Bancolombia, enabling Colombians living across the world with frictionless payment options to send money back home, in real-time.
👉Bancolombia is the largest player of remittances in Colombia. Leveraging TerraPay's network of 200+ send countries and 120+ receive countries, this agreement promises to strengthen both, Bancolombia's reach as well as the region's domestic remittance market.
According to the company's research, 36% of the resources that arrive from abroad are used in the country to sustain households, while 13% is directed to the payment of obligations.

🌍 The surge of mobile wallets has powered a monumental shift in remittances in Sub-Saharan Africa.
🔵 Since 2019, TerraPay has witnessed a steady rise in digital inward remittances across the region. Last year, a massive 97% of the remittances sent into the region using our network were to mobile wallets!
