Cocktail Competition: Who is the Best Black Bartender in the Nation?
Introducing:🌿Restorative Roots💜 (Philadelphia)
Start by shaving and slicing fresh ginger root. Slice and squeeze 2 lime wedges. Optional/Substitute: Add 2 dashes ginger powder. Muddle. Shake with ice after adding 2oz Bourbon, 1oz Lavender simple syrup, muddled ginger root and freshly squeezed lime juice in a tumbler. Rim glass with rosemary and fresh lavender. Strain mixture over ice. Top with ginger soda of choice and 3 dash lavender bitters. Fresh lavender, rosemary, slice of lime/lemon, and candied ginger as garnish.
