What a well spent evening with with our Tabata instructor Mr Steven Ng! We would like to thank the instructor and everyone who joined our virtual workshop just now, we hope y'all had a good time working out with us!

In conjunction with the National Sports Day (Hari Sukan Negara) today, let us also take a moment to appreciate the sports and fitness industry in Malaysia. In the past two years, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on businesses such as sports centres, gyms and fitness studios. Upon the reopening of this sector, it is important for us to support them and help the industry strive during tough times. Happy National Sports Day everyone!
