Get better NOT bitter... Do not allow the pain & disappointments change who you are. I know sometimes it can feel rough, but you got you.. Keep shinning honey coz that is in your control... Give to God what you can not control and trust all will fall into place in due season. Do not fight to avoid tower moments, they break us down to allow us to rebuild stronger and in alignment with a better version of ourselves, so ALLOW THE TRANSFORMATION. 🙏🏽

What an awesome time was had at the Wellness hub event.
Thanks to my bro, Indigo Jedi for this awesome idea to interact and heal together in real life, through my Mandala, from my poem EXPAND EXPRESS EXPLORE.... What are you here for? 🙏🏽🎉

GOD Bless the soul of one of The Greatest actors ever and an Inspiration for so many of us. He breathed dignity and Integrity and Illuminated excellence. Thanks for all you have given us Sidney Poitier, GOD bless your soul and may the creator be with your family and loved ones.
