I love classes, all different kinds
Weights, cardio dance aerobics, even squats
There is always some type of workout routine that you can feel comfortable doing, in your own home where you WILL get results.
I've done all of these but hard corps
I loved them all for different reasons
Some to feel like a power house lifting weights while at times just wanted to have fun and not think about the actual workout

Last home workout before I head to Nashville for the oscars of BeachBody - SUMMIT!! I get to do a live workout tomorrow with which I think that is what I'm looking forward to the most. I just hope I will actually DO the workout and not just stand there in awe ๐
