French Toast Recipe π₯ππ
Ingredients:-
1. Four thick bread pieces (Texas toast or brioche work well).
2. Two big eggs.
3. Half a cup of milk (you can use almond milk, full milk, or any other type of milk).
4. One tsp vanilla extract.
5. Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, if desired.
6. Oil or butter for frying.
7. Any desired toppings, such as powdered sugar, fresh fruits, or maple syrup.
Instructions:-
1. Beat the eggs, milk, vanilla essence, and ground cinnamon (if using) thoroughly in a small dish. This is the batter you'll use for French toast.
2. Over medium heat, preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle. To coat the surface, add a small amount of butter or oil.
3. Make sure that every piece of bread is fully covered on both sides without becoming unduly drenched by dipping it into the egg mixture. Rattle off any leftover batter.
4. Put the bread slices that have been coated onto the heated skillet or griddle. Cook until crispy and golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
5. After cooked, place the slices of French toast on a platter. While you cook the remaining slices, you can keep them warm in a low oven.
6. Warm French toast should be served with your preferred toppings, such as whipped cream, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or maple syrup.

One pot french onion pasta recipe ππ€β¨οΈ
Ingredients:-
βTwo tsp olive oil.
βThree big onions, cut thinly.
βThree minced garlic cloves.
β8 ounces, or 225 grams, of your preferred pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti).
βFour cups, or roughly 950 milliliters beef or veggie broth.
βA single tsp of dried thyme.
βTo taste, add salt and pepper.
βOne cup, or roughly 240 milliliters thick cream or a blend of both.
βOne cup, or roughly 100 grams Swiss or Gruyere cheese, shredded.
βfresh parsley that has been chopped (optional).
Instructions:-
1. In a big skillet or pot, warm up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring now and then, until they are caramelized and golden brown.
2. To the caramelized onions, add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for an additional one to two minutes, or until fragrant.
3. Add the pasta to the pot along with the garlic and caramelized onions.
4. Add the beef or vegetable broth, dried thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. 5. Mix thoroughly to blend.
6. After bringing the mixture to a boil, lower the heat so that it simmers. When the pasta is al dente, cook it covered for ten to twelve minutes, stirring now and then.
7. After the pasta is done, thoroughly mix in the heavy cream or half-and-half.
8. Once the pasta is covered with the shredded Gruyere cheese, toss until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
9. To thicken the sauce, take the saucepan off of the burner and leave it there for a few minutes.
10. If preferred, top the hot French onion pasta with finely chopped fresh parsley.

π€Two cups of rice flour.
π€One cup of coconut milk.
π€One-teaspoon instant yeast.
π€One tsp sugar.
π€Half a teaspoon of salt.
π€Four to five eggs.
π€Use vegetable oil to coat the pan.
Instructions:-
β€ For Batter,
1. Rice flour, coconut milk, quick yeast, sugar, and salt should all be combined in a mixing dish.
2. When the batter is smooth and lump-free, add the water gradually and stir thoroughly. Pancake batter consistency should be achieved when pouring the batter. Give it a good hour or two to ferment.
β€ Get the pan ready,
1. A small nonstick frying pan or appachatti should be heated to medium heat.
2. When the pan is hot, use a brush or a piece of cloth tied to a stick to lightly coat it with oil.
β€ Cook Hoppers,
1. To distribute the batter thinly and evenly around the surface, pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan and swirl it about right away.
2. In the middle of the batter, crack 1 egg.
3. Once the edges of the egg begin to crisp and turn golden brown, cover the pan with a lid and cook for a further two to three minutes, or until done to your preference.
4. Using a spatula, remove the egg hopper from the pan, and then repeat with the remaining eggs and batter.
β€ Serve, Serve the hot egg hoppers with your preferred side dishes, including curry, coconut chutney, or sambal.
