PYDRRM presents BISKËG 4.0, a youth-led celebration of the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2024 with the theme "Bantayog ng Katatagan at ang Pagbubuklod sa Layuning Kahandaan."

The term 'Biskeg,' meaning strength in the Pangasinan language, perfectly captures the essence of the event, symbolizing resilience and the fortitude of individuals and communities in the face of adversity.
